Peregrine Energy implemented a turnkey design/build, own/operate project for meeting required chilled water and steam needs at this site. The project reduced Colbond’s utility costs significantly, while giving them complete independence from existing, but antiquated utilities. The project included fuel oil storage tanks and unloading facilities.
